Women engineers often face unique challenges. Stereotypes regarding their mathematical and technical abilities can undermine confidence early on, leading negative perceptions of women in masculine fields from a societal standpoint 1. With over 15 years' experience in program management within the autonomous systems and robotics sectors, Goswami is an active member of SWE Society of Women Engineers who advocates for ger equality in engineering.

Here are three phases that define an engineer's career journey:

Phase One: Foundational Learning

This stage involves building a strong base of knowledge through education. Successful navigation requires strategic planning and resilience, preparing engineers to handle challenges head-on while fostering continuous learning 2.
