These initiatives are med at mature job seekers aged 40 and above as well as long-term unemployed workers who might qualify for enhanced funding support.
Industry-Recognized Trning: Mid-career professionals can undergo comprehensive trning programs certified by industry experts, enabling a seamless transition into new roles or sectors that promise stability and growth.
Salary Support: CCP offers salary support up to 90 for mid-career workers participating in the program, ensuring financial ease as you step into your career transformation.
Diverse Sector Opportunities: With approximately 30 different sectors covered under this initiative, from healthcare to technology, there is ample choice for those looking to explore new horizons.
Place-and-Trn: Companies employ job seekers and provide them with on-the-job trning or industry-specific certifications leading to roles that are in high demand.
Attach-and-Trn: Businesses host candidates for trning sessions and work attachments, which often precedes a smooth transition into growth-oriented jobs.
Job Redesign Reskilling: Existing employees undergo reskilling initiatives aligned with Industry Transformation Maps ITMs or Jobs Transformation Maps JTMs, facilitating progression within their current organizations.
Citizenship and Age: Singaporeans or Permanent Residents, aged at least 21 years old.
Academic Qualification: Graduates who have completed National Service, minimum two years post-completion.
Career Transition Requirement: New hires must move into a job role significantly different from their previous roles. Existing employees need to transition into growth roles identified by the ITMsJTMs.
Full-time employment or attachment commitment within participating companies is mandatory.
No current shareholding, recent employment history with the hiring entity, or familial relationships among shareholders for program participants are required.
Individuals without continuous employment in at least two years might still qualify if seeking roles aligned with their previous positions. Specific course prerequisites and employer shortlisting processes may apply differently based on the CCP's requirements.
