They include both domn-specific abilities e.g., programming skills in computer science and transferable competencies like problem-solving and communication. Learning to Know corresponds to gning a broad base of knowledge and deepening understanding in specific subjects. This pillar emphasizes self-directed learning as well, allowing individuals to benefit from educational opportunities throughout their lives.
