Holcim Romania Launches Groundbreaking Technical School to Nourish the Next Generation of Construction Talent

In a commitment to empowering future leaders, Holcim Romania has launched an innovative program known as the Holcim Technical School. This unique initiative enrich the talent pipeline for the construction industry by providing free education to twenty high school graduates who will subsequently join our team following their studies' completion.

Developed in collaboration with Alexandru Roman Technical College and officially recognized by both Romania's Ministries of Labor and Education, this school is a testament to Holcim’s dedication towards uplifting communities through shared value creation. Students enrolled in the program will receive an educational experience that bls theoretical knowledge with practical application, preparing them for careers in cement production, precast components manufacturing, and ready-mix concrete operations.
