Hello there! I'm here to talk about some issues with the English language. The first is that there are so many rules and exceptions for them, which can be confusing and overwhelming. For example, verb tenses can be tricky; you have present tense, past tense, future tense, perfect tense, and progressive forms of each. Each form has its own set of rules on when to use it.

Additionally, the order of words in a sentence differs from what we're used to in most languages. English is an SVO language subject-verb-object, which means that often times, you have to rearrange the order of words based on who or what's doing the action. This can be confusing especially when dealing with complex sentences.

Lastly, the spelling system see defy logic sometimes! English spelling rules are inconsistent and full of exceptions like 'tooth' versus 'through', 'knight' versus 'write', 'their' versus 'there'.
