Empower Program
The Empower Program, offered to out-of-school youths aged 16-24, provide educational support and career trning. For those without a high school diploma, we offer foundational skills such as literacy and numeracy instruction through tutoring and study skills progra obtn their General Education Development GED or high school certificate.
This program emphasizes not only academic improvement but also practical work experience and career readiness for our young participants. We provide opportunities for them to gn real-world skills through pd and unpd internships, employability skill development, leadership trning, assistance in pursuing post-secondary education including technical programs and vocational skills, comprehensive guidance, counseling services, adult mentoring, and support that continues for at least 12 months after completion.
The ultimate goal is to ensure each participant transitions smoothly into educational or professional success.

Our services encompass academic enhancement programs, job trning workshops, leadership development initiatives, post-secondary education pathway guidance, comprehensive counseling and mentoring services, and continuous support beyond program completion.
