1. Understand the future work environment, recognizing impacts on job roles, learning, and career paths.

2. Identify current strengths, weaknesses, threats through SWOT analysis to discover potential development opportunities.

3. Utilize public sector resources for continuous learning and career growth exploration.

4. Implement a GROW model-driven strategy in dialogue with supervisors for effective career planning discussions.
