This year, our institution plans to invest heavily in professional trning programs for educators across various disciplines. We m to achieve an enhanced level of expertise among our staff by providing specialized education that meets the specific needs of each field they represent.
One key area is vocational education focusing on two primary sectors:高职 Vocational Education and 中职 Secondary Vocational Education. Our faculty will be trned in these areas through a comprehensive professional development program, designed to foster skills that directly relate to industry demands.
The plan includes trning for approximately 45 educators. Specifically, we have allocated five spots for the higher vocational level instructors and thirty students are targeted for secondary vocational education trning. The detled breakdown of trning slots is avlable in attachments two and three.
Our commitment exts beyond just the quantity of participants; ensuring quality through meticulous planning and execution. To support these initiatives, we are fortunate enough to receive funding from the 2024 mid-level vocational education quality improvement subsidy. This financial resource has been allocated to the institutions responsible for executing these trning programs.
